All 195 documents about the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad have been published

There are a total of 195 documents on the website of the Government of Serbia, it was stated in the government announcement. All published documents can be viewed at the following web page https://www.srbija.gov.rs/

Two new sections were added to the earlier sections Project, Canopy, Weekly report, Monthly reports, namely Technical reviews and Connections.

In the Project section, 48 documents were published, and in the Canopy section, 78 documents were published, among which are expert supervision reports on the review of project documentation, as well as the project of the Traffic Institute CIP - Project of the architecture of the reconstruction, extension and adaptation of the station building in the Novi Sad Railway Station from April 2021.

Monthly reports on performed works and monthly payments, as well as weekly reports on performed works, were also published.

Among the published documents are, among others, the Amendment to the Decision on the construction permit dated December 15, 2022, as well as the Certificate confirming the application of the construction works on the land to the investor "Infrastructure of the Railways of Serbia", and in relation to which he was designated as an investor in the construction permit Republic of Serbia - "Railway infrastructure of Serbia" from March 25, 2022.

On the website of the Government of Serbia, the Offer for carrying out a technical inspection of the performed works on the Novi Sad - Subotica - state border (Kelebija) section of the railway from August 14, 2023 was published.

Also, documentation cinsists of the Instruction for the engagement of the Risk Assessment Body (AsBo) for the service of independent assessment of the correct application of the ZBM, for the engagement of the Commission for the technical review of the performed works, for the engagement of the Appointed Body for the verification of railway subsystems in accordance with national (railway) technical regulations (DeBo), for dynamic testing of subsystems and TSI verification of the regional railway Subotica - Horgoš from October 30, 2023.

On the website of the Government of Serbia, the Consent for the performance of works on the facilities of the Novi Sad Railway Station from May 29, 2024 was published.

The Certificate confirming the application of the modernization, reconstruction and construction of the railway Belgrade - Subotica - state border (Kelebija), the section of the railway Novi Sad - Subotica - state border (Kelebija), reconstruction, adaptation and extension of the Station building in Novi Sad from October 16, 2024.

Among the published documents are the request of IŽS "Railway infrastructure of Serbia" for internal reception of wing B of the Novi Sad station sent to CRIC-ČČ and Utiber supervision from June 2024, as well as the response of the Project Bureau of Utiber supervision to the request for internal admission to wing B of Novi Sad station.

Then the response of IŽS "Railway infrastructure of Serbia" to the CRIC-ČČ company and the Supervisory Authority regarding the request for the handover of wing B of the Novi Sad station was published. Then the Decision of the Ministry of Interior - Department for Emergency Situations, which determines the suitability of the project for use in terms of fire protection measures provided for in the technical documentation for the reconstruction, extension, adaptation of the station building at the Railway Station in Novi Sad.

The decision of the civil inspection of MGSI on the closure of the construction site where works on the adaptation, reconstruction and extension of the station building are being carried out in Novi Sad, then the Record of inspection supervision of the Department of the Republic Construction Inspection, as well as the Complaint of IŽS "Railway infrastructure of Serbia" to the Inspection of MGSI on the decision of the Department of the Republic Construction Inspection.

The Technical Specification for the preparation of the Elaborate on the condition of the future object and the Elaborate on the bearing capacity and stability of the object prepared by IŽS "Railway infrastructure of Serbia", for the purposes of conducting public procurement for the station building project at the Novi Sad Railway Station Complex location, Jaše Tomića Blvd was also published.

Reports on performed works and payments by situation, monthly, from July 2022 to October 2024 and weekly reports on performed works starting from July 17, 2022 to December 12, 2022 have been published.

On the first day, 128 documents were published, and today 22 new documents were published.

On Wednesday, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, in his address to the citizens, said that all the documents that came to the prosecutor's office regarding the collapse of the canopy will be publicly available and stated that it is a total of 195 documents.

Vučić also said that this will fulfill the main demand of the students blocking the faculties, stating that it is one of the most important requests.
