"Yesterday, a hybrid attack on our country was carried out," the president said at the beginning of his address.

He said that he carefully followed everything that was announced by Pristina officials and their international sponsors, as well as their media, so we could not hear many facts.

He says that yesterday there was a strong explosion between the towns of Varage and Ugljare, in the municipality of Zubin Potok.

"It is the location where the canal is located on the pillars and under it. Members of the so-called Kosovo Police soon arrived, and then KFOR came to Zubin Potok. The location was visited by Xhelal Sveçla and Gazmend Hoxha. Then they later concluded that the explosion was a terrorist attack that were organized by Serbia and Russia," said Vučić.

After that, KBS-Kosovo Security Forces and Kosovo Police started to provide critical infrastructure, the president reminds.

"There is no way they can prove something that doesn't exist, so people can be calm. Belgrade is not involved, and we will see who is involved later," said Vučić.

He added that he has certain knowledge about who could be the perpetrators. 

He explained that the authorities in Belgrade were consciously calm, did not react, but that they would not let Pristina get away with this.

First, they accused only Serbia of being behind the explosion in Zubin Potok. And Serbia has nothing to do with that, and as a serious country we did not say that the attack was directly ordered by Kurti.

"In the first wave, they immediately accused Belgrade and Serbia, they didn't say Serbs, but Belgrade and Serbia. Serbia has nothing to do with it, and as a serious country we didn't say that Kurti directly ordered that attack. And no one has to worry, no, there is not a single thing, they cannot show and prove something that does not exist. There is no Belgrade, and we will see who is responsible," he stressed.

He stated five reasons why the explosion occurred on the Ibar-Lepenica water canal.

"Nine minutes after Kurti was ostensibly informed about what happened, it was not really a big surprise for him, an official request to KFOR or NATO followed to station the forces of the so-called Kosovo Army, i.e. the Kosovo Security Forces, in the north of Kosovo. I ask NATO members and KFOR, am I telling the truth or did I make it up? That was the first goal," Vučić said, adding that he had evidence for what he was saying.

The second is the stopping of Serbia's European path and its economic weakening. By December 12, the lists for the elections in the so-called Kosovo will be closed. It is necessary to declare the Serbian list as a terrorist list.

It is also about Kurti's personal electoral engineering, and that is the third reason.

The motive is also an attempt to further crush the Serbian community, intimidation, breaking into houses and making life unbearable for those people.

He added that Belgrade is open to cooperation with EULEX and KFOR, and he thanked KFOR for refusing to accept illegal units of the KBS in the north of Kosovo and Metohija.

"With the supervision of EULEX, it is completely illegal for the Kosovo police, therefore contrary to international law, to break into Serbian houses in Zubin Potok, for which there were indications that they were connected to the explosion. You will see now that such a serious police does not work. This has nothing to do with serious investigation, this is a headless raid on Serbian houses and hosts. They broke into the houses of Aleksandar Mihajlović and Slobodan Vučinić, since they said yesterday that they will not say who they arrested, and we will expose everyone - who was beaten, who was arrested, and then everyone was released, except for one man," he said.

Miloš Vučinić was detained, as well as Aleksandar Mihajlović, the president revealed. But, he adds, they soon realized that it was the wrong man, because he was at the pig slaughterhouse, so they had to let him go.

"There was a serious act of terrorism against pigs in Zubin Potok. Then they arrested Igor Dimović, as well as Miloš Vićentijević. They were released. Then they took Jovica and Dragisa Vićentijević into custody. They claim that they found a large amount of lethal means there. There are those famous uniforms from the pictures," said Vučić.

He pointed out that one uniform had the KLA sign on it, and that the others were parade uniforms. Then, he says, they arrested Marko and Nikola Drnovšek.

"They only found a T-shirt with the words No Surrender on it. That's why the people were arrested. In the village of Prevlaka, they found a hunting rifle in a hunter's house. Then the KNK patrol stopped the boat in which Lt. Col. Goran Stojanović was on a fishing trip. Siniša Jakšić, aka Nemanja Galjak, turned himself in. By mistake, they broke down the door of Mladen Dimović. And then they realized that they weren't even looking for him," the president revealed.

Dušan Milanović, a physiotherapist from Leposavic, who works with Kosovo Online, is also on the list of those arrested, due to "malign influence across the corridor".

Speaking about the competition for the Gazivode power plant, he says that it was opened on November 5 and that only four Serbs applied.

"One of them is the son of a member of the Kosovo Police. It is interesting that some of those persons were there with Shemsi Sula, the Pristina minister. They also guaranteed the safety of that infrastructure. The Serbs probably mistakenly believe that this was all directed by the Albanians, and that it is possible that some Serbs who cooperate with Kurti participated in this. We as the state of Serbia cannot draw conclusions, but we are investigating," said Vučić and added that if any of the Serbs participated in this, they will be immediately arrested and prosecuted in central Serbia.

He thanked Richard Grenell and Viktor Orbán, people who, he says, did not jump at the first ball.

"I even want to thank the foreign ministers of France and Germany for their fairness. They did not act irrationally, we did not either," added the president and made himself available to all international factors that would eventually work on the investigation of the explosion.
 

Let us remind you that the President of Serbia also announced yesterday on Instagram when he clearly stated that Serbia was in no way involved in the attack on the Ibar-Lepenac canal.

In addition, Vučić referred to the baseless accusations coming from Pristina. The President of Serbia stated that such finger-pointing at Belgrade is irresponsible and worrisome.

As a reminder, reporting on the explosion near Zubin Potok in which the Ibar-Lepenac water canal was damaged, the Reuters agency points out that "no direct evidence of Belgrade's involvement was found".

Reuters stated that the prime minister of the temporary institutions of Pristina, Albin Kurti, characterized the explosion as a "theoretical act" and accused Belgrade of it.

Reuters points out that without providing evidence, Kurti repeated the words of the president of the temporary institutions of Pristina, Vjosa Osmani, who accused the attack, as she stated of the "Serbian criminal gangs".

The agency emphasizes that the cause of the explosion, which affected the drinking water supply, is not clear.
