Vučić in Slovakia: I was blunt and clear, Serbia has no intention... PHOTO
President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, spoke from Slovakia, where he said that he was blunt and clear, and that Serbia has no intention of being a "hotspot" country.
"We have arranged frequent meetings of our troika. Soon, the prime ministers of Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic will come to Belgrade," said Vučić.
Regarding migration, Vučić said that Serbia will not be a "hotspot" country.
"I was blunt and clear. Serbia does not think of being a hotspot, let them be a hotspot for us. No one asked me that and is not allowed to ask me. We always respect the rights of migrants, but law and order must exist," he said.
He adds that Serbia is not closed and isolated, but is, above all, a free and libertarian country.
When asked about Tonino Picula, the new EP rapporteur for Serbia, he says that he is in no hurry to comment, and that he will cooperate with him.
"But we understood the message of the European Parliament very well. Pay attention, I'm sure you didn't know this. You know that Kaja Kalas is the head of security and foreign affairs of the EU. You know who is the main man as the rapporteur for the so-called Kosovo. An Estonian will be appointed to that place, the same as Kaja Kalas. He is the head of the office of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It's not a problem with Croats, but with his attitude," he stressed.
