President of Serbia started his address mentioning tomorrow's lunch at the invitation of the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

"We will discuss growth agendas, necessary reforms. I believe it will be an important meeting," said the president.

Aleksandar Vucic then spoke about the dialogue with Pristina.

"They never wanted a dialogue. We never had a real dialogue, a conversation. They tried in every possible way to blame Serbia for everything bad happening on the ground. The first goal is the destruction and expulsion of the Serbian people. They don't want a dialogue because they say that are a sovereign state and that they have nothing to talk about. I think that we will face with countless problems. They have been announcing the opening of the bridge on the Ibar, and I hope that NATO will keep its word," said Vucic about the relationship with Pristina.

"We are not asking for anything more than what was agreed upon. We are asking for the CSM, peaceful and democratic elections. Nothing more than all that. There are never good and great solutions," he added.

Vučić also commented on the statements of the opposition, which is dissatisfied with any move by the government.

"The only thing they are interested in is how and in what way to be against. If I said that we are going into conflict with the Albanians, they would say that we are not going to return Kosovo. Whatever you do is never good. We have to stop looking back and start working," he added.

Visits of important officials to Serbia

Vučić reminded that he also received Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, Joseph Biden, Olaf Scholz, Emmanuel Macron, Shinzo Abe...

"I don't know who else we could host, that we haven't done so already. A small number of people were not in Serbia, those that are important in the world," he said.

He says that Borko Stefanović speaks as if he has a servile approach of a vassal towards a sovereign.

"Have you noticed that this is almost not news in the region. You could see an example of hypocrisy from that. When that singer was detained for several tens of minutes, Vučić was a dictator. Our problem is that we Serbs are the biggest self-chauvinists. We hate everything, we are against everything because we are the only smart ones in the world, but since we hate everything, we have to hate Serbia the most. I wish Sergej Trifunović a happy and safe return," added Vučić.

Suppression of the waiting list

"In the coming days, we will come out with a complete program on how to suppress waiting lists. They are a priority for us. I invite people to go to these preventive examinations. Especially those over 50 years old, I will go to examine everything myself and show publicly that I came as all other citizens. The waiting lists are part of our inability to really solve our problems, and on the other hand, you also have the combinations that various people make with all the aids. We will deal with all that, and it is very complicated," Vucic emphasized.
