139 MPs voted for the Declaration, nine were against, no one abstained, and six MPs did not vote.

The Governments of Serbia and Republika Srpska adopted, within the framework of the All-Serbian Assembly in Belgrade, on June 8, the proposal for the Declaration on the Protection of National and Political Rights and the Common Future of the Serbian People, which states that the Serbian people represent a single entity, that Kosovo and Metohija are inalienable part of the Republic of Serbia, one of the determinants of Serb national identity, as well as that we do not support the resolution on Srebrenica.

The declaration contains 49 conclusions, positions and goals agreed upon by the All-Serbian Assembly of the Serbian People of Serbia and Srpska in good faith and with the aim of preserving peace, stability, national, cultural and religious identity, as well as with the aim of intensifying and deepening cooperation and mutual protection.

In the first few points of the Declaration, details are given about the constitution of the All-Serbian Assembly. The All-Serbian Assembly rejects various imposed prefixes that were added before the noun "Serbs", because, it is stated, members of the Serbian people have the right to be called Serbs, no matter where they currently live.

It was concluded that the All-Serbian Assembly will be held every two years, and that the full realization of the process of national reconciliation and overcoming historical divisions within the Serbian people is expected.

It is recommended to the institutions of the Republic of Serbia and Srpska to act in a unified and coordinated manner and to make efforts to stop the assimilation of Serbs in the states of the region, but also throughout the world.

The All-Serbian Assembly emphasized that the Republika Srpska is a unique and indivisible constitutional legal entity that independently performs its constitutional, legislative, executive and judicial functions in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina - Annex 4 of the Dayton Peace Agreement and whose territory cannot be alienated beyond the Constitution and laws of the Republika Srpska.

The document also states that the All-Serbian Assembly supports the efforts of the Republic of Serbia in preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty, guaranteed by international law and Resolution 1244 and other resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, as well as the right and duty of the Republic of Serbia to devote itself to the survival of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija".

The Governments of Serbia and Republika Srpska adopted the Declaration on the Protection of National and Political Rights and the Common Future of the Serbian People on June 8 in Belgrade, within the framework of the All-Serbian Assembly.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska adopted that document on July 3.
