After the address in which he talked about the Belgrade elections, he announced himself on Instagram and repeated a strong message.

Vučić said that Serbia does not listen to anyone, except its own people.

"Serbia has its own policy - an independent, libertarian and independent country," emphasized the Serbian president.

"For two years, we will calculate soon, over 10,000 texts were published in various Western and regional media about the fact that Serbia is going to attack I don't know who in the region on Putin's orders, that we are little Russians who will do I don't know what, that we are going to obey someone's orders. Why do they say that? There are two reasons - one is to cause direct damage to Serbia, and the other is that they are starting from themselves. They know what kind of henchmen they are, they know what kind of political dwarfs they are, they know that they are controlled by a wire or a rope like in some theater or cinema, so they reckon that others must be like that, but since we don't have the same bosses, we have to listen to someone else. They can't understand that Serbia doesn't listen to anyone but its own people, that Serbia has its own policy of independence, freedom and independent countries. That is their problem," Vučić said in his speech.

Let us remind you that President Aleksandar Vučić confirmed that the list "Serbia must not stop" will submit the name of the representative for the composition of the new government in the next few days.

President of Serbia said that the Belgrade elections will be held on June 2.

He pointed out that the Parliament of Serbia and the government that will be formed in the coming period have a lot of obligations and work to do and called on the future President of the Assembly, Ana Brnabić, to do her best so that important decisions about the functioning of the Parliament, the future executive power and the organization of elections can be made. on time and in order to try to have a new government formed before April 1.

Vučić said that the parliamentary session will be postponed for exactly one week, in order to prepare the elections of the vice-president, president and all parliamentary committees, in accordance with the votes obtained in the elections.

He explained that this is being done in order for the Assembly of Serbia to be fully constituted next week and prepare for the election of a new government.

Elections on June 2, to try to calm tensions

"My idea is the following, that we have Belgrade elections on June 2 and those elections will be held on June 2, because my friends agreed with that idea, and I will tell you why. All other elections will be held in accordance with the constitutional and legal deadlines," Vučić said on Sunday.

He added that those elections will be called by Ana Brnabić, as the elected president of the Assembly, on April 3.

"I must say that there was no foreign pressure. On the contrary, Ana Brnabić held talks with representatives of Quint countries. I held talks with our friends from the East. Our friends from the East have never had any problems. They always respect Serbian democracy and show great respect. And I thank them for that. Ana had the task of talking to people from Quint. No one from Quint wanted to support any kind of boycott or anything. We did not face any problem in that regard," said Vučić.

As he said, holding the Belgrade elections on June 2 was his wish because he is running as the president of the Republic, as someone who knows very well how many problems we will have.

"I think that it is best for the country to try to calm the passions, no matter how absurd the reasons (of the opposition), from going on a holiday, on vacations. Since they are rich, and the poor probably cannot go," added Vučić.

Vučić said that we should have elections for which everyone will eventually say - yes, that's the result.

"I told my friends from the party of which I am a member, it is better to sometimes lose the elections than to form a government dishonorably and win the elections. Don't do what they did, don't be Dragan Djilas who was in power and forced the socialists to break their word, and they also broke their word and deceived people," said Vučić.

He called on the Ministry of Interior to interpret the law on change of residence very restrictively, especially when changing residence, i.e. obtaining residence in the territory of the city of Belgrade, until the date of closing of the electoral roll.

"This is my attempt, I have never invited or forced anyone to talk to someone because they are not ready for a conversation and I know that this may be my mistake. Ana said - it is throwing pearls in front of the swine. I think we need to try that whoever wins after that we have full stability, that we conduct all other local elections in the way that it is necessary in accordance with the constitution and the law and that we finish all the stories," said Vučić.

He emphasized that it is very important to follow the ODIHR recommendations on training and the number of voters at one polling station.
