This morning, an earthquake of magnitude was registered in the region of Novi Pazar.

According to the website of the Seismological Institute of Serbia, the earthquake was recorded at 7:37 a.m., with a magnitude of 2.5 on the Richter scale.

The intensity in the epicenter was estimated at III-IV degree of the Mercalli scale.

Earthquakes of this intensity cannot cause damage to buildings in the epicentral area.
