"Discussing Serbia's positions regarding the resolution 'International Day of Remembrance and Commemoration of the Genocide in Srebrenica' with traditionally friendly countries of the African continent. I pointed out that the adoption of this resolution would lead to a drastic deterioration of relations between the countries in our region, and that this kind of precedent would lead to a chain reaction at the global level, which would open new conflicts and hotspots with far-reaching consequences. We also talked about the results so far in the process of renewing old partnerships with African countries, the foundations of which are firmly laid on the principles of mutual respect and deep understanding. Among the topics were economic relations, as well as the intensification of visits at the highest level, which would also strengthen the joint performance in the global political arena with the aim of promoting the spirit of freedom and justice in international politics, for which both Serbia and African countries have always been advocating," he wrote on his Instagram account.
