Consultations have begun regarding the formation of the Commission for the control of the electoral roll

Members of the ruling coalition, Aleksandar Marković (SNS), Ivica Dacić (SPS), Branimir Jovanović (SDPS), Stefan Krkobabić (PUPS) and others, as well as members of the opposition Biljana Djordjević (Green-Left Front), Danijela Nestorović (Ecological Uprising), Miroslav Aleksić (People's Movement of Serbia), Branko Pavlović (Mi-glas iz naroda), as well as representatives of CRTA and CeSID, came to the meeting presided over by the Speaker of Parliament Ana Brnabić.

President of the Assembly of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, said earlier that the government accepts the opposition's request regarding the formation of the Commission for Control and Audit of the Electoral Roll, as well as that public services report professionally.

Earlier today, members of the Serbian Parliament adopted amendments to the Law on Local Elections, which moved the deadlines for announcing elections, with the aim of holding the Belgrade and local elections on the same day, June 2, in those local governments where they were not held in December last year, which was one of the demands of the opposition in the talks on improving election conditions.
