In the continuation of the anti-corruption operation, the arrests were carried out by members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Anti-Corruption Department of the Criminal Police Administration, on the order of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Niš.

In a new major operation by the prosecution and the police, the following people are arrested: I. M. (1979), former director of the PUK "Medijana", D. D. (1961), former deputy mayor of the City of Niš, V. I. (1968), former assistant to the mayor of Niš, M. J. (1955), director of the Health Center in Niš, G. M. (1987), former director of the PUC "Naissus" Niš, as well as S. R. (1966), director of the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance in Niš, S.S. (1974), secretary of the Red Cross in Niš, M.S. (1974), director of the Institute for Public Health in Niš, M.P. (1982), former director of the Veterinary Specialist Institute "Niš", and M.A. (1990), director of the Veterinary Specialist Institute "Niš", while two people are being intensively searched for.

Also, in cooperation with the Department of Internal Control, S. M. (1971), head of the Emergency Situations Administration in Niš, and D. T. (1981), a police officer of the Police Department of Niš, were arrested, while in cooperation with the Military Police, A. T. (1981), chief of the Army Command, was arrested.
