The judge listed all the injuries of the killed and wounded

Judge Lidija Jovanovski, while reading the verdict, listed all the injuries sustained by those killed and wounded in the massacre in Malo Orašje and Dubona.

Uroš Blažić was found guilty

The accused Uroš Blažić is guilty because while being sane and aware of his actions, he deprived and attempted to deprive several people of their lives during reckless violent behavior in several villages.

He was carrying firearms, ammunition and mine-explosive devices.

The judge added that Blažić was also guilty of kidnapping under the threat of murder.

Driving a "Mercedes" passenger vehicle, he reached the monument in the village of Malo Orašje carrying an automatic rifle with a mechanically removed factory number and dozens of pieces of ammunition, a "Tokarev TT33" pistol with ammunition, two hand grenades and one cumulative hand grenade.

He noticed several young people and without reason got out of the vehicle and fired dozens of projectiles in the direction of the injured. After emptying the frame, he inserted a new one and continued shooting," said the judge, adding that Blažić continued to shoot while the wounded begged him to stop.
