A new detail released from the indictment for the murder of little Danka: Here's what the cameras captured

Almost all the details of the indictment are known, but what has not been published yet is what is written in the indictment when it comes to the footage from the cameras from Banjsko Polje in which Danka was allegedly killed.

"The indictment says that the cameras recorded the movement of the vehicle in which D.D. and S.J were, but not that the contact between the vehicle and the child in Banjsko Polje was recorded. More precisely, it does not appear that the child was hit by the car," Telegraf finds out from investigation of this case.

It is also stated that Danka Ilić (2) was killed by cutting off her air supply, but it is also noted that this claim is based on the accused's confession, which he later retracted.

As further stated, the court should rule on the indictment by the end of this month.

After the decision of the High Court, the Appellate Court in Niš will make decision.
