Uroš and his father Radiša Blažić, accused of illegal acquisition and possession of a large quantity of weapons, presented their defense at the beginning of the trial in August.

In addition to the mother, grandfather, brother and sister-in-law of Uroš Blažić, his friends and his ex-girlfriend were invited to the trial.

Anastasija Dj, the ex-girlfriend of Uroš Blažić, said in her testimony in the investigation that she was afraid of him, because he kept a gun under his pillow, and that he once threatened to hit her.

At today's trial, the injured parties who did not do so at the previous hearing should also testify, as well as one of the eyewitnesses to the event.

"On that day, Andrijana Mitrović and Andjela Stevanović called me to take them to Dubona. That day, I heard from Petar Mitrović, he asked me if I wanted to go to Ravni gaj, I said I did. I took the car around 8 p.m., and I went to Ravni gaj. We were hanging out. On my left was Lazar Milovanović. Suddenly, I thought there were firecrackers. I put my hand over my eyes they weren't firecrackers. I got up from my chair, I saw a silhouette holding a rifle and shooting at us. I don't know if it was a reflex or because I was hit," he said.

As he said, he put his hand over his head, he heard his friends calling for help. Nemanja told him to be quiet. When he heard the gate close and saw the car leaving, he tried to get up, but he felt a lot of pain and was bleeding.

"I picked up the phone, after a few moments I heard the father of one of my friends calling for them. Soon my father and uncle arrived. I asked my uncle if he would give me some water or juice, and I took some juice and gave it to Nemanja Stevanović. We decided not to wait for the ambulance, but for my father to take me to the hospital. Then the other parents started to arrive. I was taken to the hospital, where my wounds were repaired," he added.

To the prosecutor's questions, he answered that he knew Blažić by sight because they sat in the school yard many times, and that he did not know if Blažić was in conflict with any of his friends.

"He shot in bursts, I heard two shots in bursts, I didn't see that he approached the monument and shot people on the ground because I put my hand over my head," said Nemanja Ilić.

Lawyer Nebojša Perović asked how his life turned out after the tragic event, and Ilić replied that he still feels bad, despite the pain, that it is very difficult for him to sleep and walk, he cannot sit, but only stand and lie down.

"Since that day, I've had trouble sleeping. I had nightmares, and I still have them. I have fears when I hear cars passing by and when I hear tires screeching. My biggest fear is what will happen in 20 years," Ilić said.
