Detention of the suspects for the murder of Danka Ilić extended

On September 24, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar filed an indictment against them, which included the father of the first defendant, Radoslav Dragijević.

The indictment was submitted to the court for confirmation.

Srdjan Janković and Dejan Dragijević are charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity, while Radoslav Dragijević is charged with the criminal offense of aiding the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal act and failure to report the criminal act and the perpetrator.

In the indictment, the prosecution suggested that the court sentence Dejan Dragijević and Srdjan Janković to life imprisonment.

It is suspected that on March 26, Dejan Dragijević and Srdjan Janković in Banjsko polje near Bor first hit a two-year-old girl with a car belonging to JKP "Vodovod", where they were employed, and then put her in the vehicle.

It is suspected that they threw her body at a landfill, from where it was later moved. The girl's body has not yet been found.

Radoslav Dragijević is suspected of helping his son move the girl's body.

Dejan Dragijević's brother, Dalibor Dragijević, died on April 7 in the premises of the Police Department in Bor during detention.
