The indictment for the murder of little Danka written on 70 pages?; Detailed description of a committed crime

Those accused of murder are D.D. from the village of Zlot and S.J. from the village of Luka, while Dejan's father R.D. is accused of criminal offenses - failure to report a criminal offense and assisting the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense.

The indictment is based on many pieces of evidence, among which is the GPS examination of the official vehicle, which showed that the accused were in front of Ilic's house in Banjsko Polje at the time of Danka's disappearance.

After that, the cameras were examined, which also showed that on March 26, their car "Waterworks" was parked in front of the house around 1:53 p.m.

According to the indictment, the accident occurred when Danka stepped onto the road in front of her grandfather's estate in Banjsko Polje. At that moment, D.D. and S.J. were driving by, driving 20 mph.

As further stated, the "Fiat Panda" hit her on the right side, and she fell in front of the rear right wheel. Then the accused D. Then they agreed to throw the child at the landfill where they stayed for one minute and 41 seconds around 2:00 p.m. In addition to expert testimony, the indictment is based on many witness statements.

Miloš and Ivana Ilić: Everyone forgets how they were arrested

Miloš and Ivana Ilić, the parents of the murdered Danka, opened the door of their home a few hours after it was announced that charges had been brought against Dejan and Radoslav Dragijević, as well as Srdjan Janković.

"Remember that D.D. and S.J., when the video from Vienna appeared, said: 'Brother, we got away with it,'" Ivana told Telegraf, adding:

"It's good that the indictment was filed, I believe there is evidence that will lead to justice. It hurts me when I hear that someone blames me, the mother, for the death of our child."

Miloš continued and said that the comments about them were terrible: "It's scary when you see what's being written in the various comments. That's why I don't comment anymore. We just have to wait... And it's hard for us, on the 26th of September, it was 6 months since her death. How can we mark it, when we don't know neither where she is", said Miloš.

Let us remind you that after the Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar brought charges against the first defendants for the serious crime of murder in complicity, for the murder of little Danka Ilić on March 26 in Banjsko Polje near Bor, D.D. from Zlot and S.J. from Luka, the competent Prosecution proposed that the suspects be extend detention within three days.

R.D. was released to defend himself and will remain so until the end of this proceeding.

They, as well as their lawyers, will be served with the indictment within the legal term, which has been handed over to the competent High Court in Zaječar.

After the decision of the High Court, the Appellate Court in Niš should decide.
