New details of the murder in Loznica: Suspect escaped from prison?

He allegedly escaped from prison in Kosovo 15 days ago, and it is assumed that this is why he shot the policemen.

As we unofficially learn, he started to flee via migrant routes to the EU.

On the spot, the police found suspect's passport, issued by the temporary institutions of the so-called Kosovo in the name of Hajziri Artan (1991), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia announced.

Also, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia announced that a German identity card was found on the spot.

Strong police forces are intensively searching for the attacker, police officers from the Šabac Police Department, as well as the Criminal Police Directorate, the Border Police Directorate and members of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit are on the ground, drones and helicopters have been raised.
 

The investigation by the Senior Public Prosecutor from Šabac and members of the police is ongoing.

I send my deepest condolences to the family of the murdered policeman on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and on my own behalf," said Dacic.

In the meantime, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia released a photo of the suspect in the murder.

He refused to hand over the bag and opened fire

As "Novosti" unofficially learns, the suspect, after being stopped by the border police, said that he was on his way to a friend's house in Loznica.

After the members of the MIA asked him to show them the bag he was carrying, the suspect allegedly opened fire.
