Darko Šarić's godfather tried to commit suicide during his arrest
As "Novosti" reported, Darko Šarić's godfather killed himself during the arrest in Budva, however, the police announced that there was no information that the man had died.
According to "Novosti", special forces allegedly started an arrest operation in front of a bar in Budva, when he took out a gun and killed himself.
However, the Montenegrin police informed Portal RTCG that the person B.S. used a firearm, but they have no information that he died.
They also stated that the police informed the competent state prosecutor's office immediately after the report.
"It was reported to the on-call service that a person in a hotel in Budva was shouting and threatening to commit suicide. The police were sent to the scene and did not take official action against this person, instead he tried to commit suicide with a firearm by shooting himself in the head. According to the latest information, he was still alive. No police action was directed against him, but action was taken based on a report that the person was threatening suicide," said the police.
