Every trace of Danka is being investigated; All items found in the suspect's car are under the scrutiny

Members of the Gendarmerie and the police, since the day she was reported missing, have been searching day and night all the villages in this area, especially the area around the Zlot River and the Lazarus Canyon, but so far without results.

While the search continues on the ground, the hearing of witnesses has begun at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar. As it was announced today, it was ordered that all traces and objects found in the "Fiat Panda" car, in which as suspected, D.D. and S.J. brought in Dunka's body, when they hit her, be examined.

D.D. admitted at the hearing at the Prosecutor's Office that he then strangled the girl, as well as that he was helped by father R.D. and now his late brother D.D.

What the expertise reveals

In addition to traces and objects from the car, as Novosti has learned, experts will also examine traces taken from the clothes and shoes of the suspects, as well as the cap of one of the two, but also from the objects seized by the police during the search of their houses.

In addition, telecommunication and biological expertise, as well as space-time expertise, are ongoing. All these expert reports should determine how little Danka was hit by the car and where exactly her body was placed when it was brought into the vehicle.

Based on the expertise of the shoes of the suspects, if there are traces of mud, it can be determined from which location it originated, which could help in discovering the location, where the body could be located.

Expertise of base stations and telephones of D.D. and S.J. will confirm their movement, which has been done so far with the help of the GPS location of the "Fiat Panda" car, but also in the days before they were taken into custody.

Hearing of witnesses

Danka's parents were questioned at the prosecutor's office yesterday, while on Monday the mother of D.D., S.D. refused to testify, to which she is entitled as a privileged witness.

According to announcements from the prosecution, several more witnesses will be heard in the coming days, among them the residents of Banjsko Polje, who last saw Danka on March 26, as well as colleagues of the two suspects.

Since D.D. and S.J. requested to attend all those hearings, their psychiatric examination, which should be performed at the Special Prison Hospital in Belgrade, was postponed.
