Searching a 70-meter-deep pit: Police at key locations

The search of the canyon was attended by members of the Specialist Team for Rescue from the Ruins from Bor, Sector for Emergency Situations, together with other members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Mountain Rescue Service.

As reported by the police, they searched half of the 7-kilometer route of the Lazarev Canyon, using rescue special equipment, and the search for the pit above the canyon, 70 meters deep, is ongoing.

The entire area of the canyon was inspected with a drone equipped with thermal imaging cameras and the possibility of 3D mapping, and nothing was observed on that occasion.

Apart from this location, members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs searched the bed of the Zlotska River.

These locations are only a few kilometers from the house of Dejan Dragijević, who confessed to killing Danka.

As "Blic" announced earlier today, next to the Lazarus cave, at the place where the police were looking for the body of the murdered Danka Ilić (2), citizens were lighting candles, the "Blic" reporter reports from the scene.
