The suspect for the murder of little Danka is in the Prosecutor's Office today
The suspects for the murder of Danka Ilić should be heard today at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar.
Suspects for the murder of the girl Danka Ilić, S.J. and D.D. should be heard today at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar.
It is not yet known whether they have selected lawyers or whether defense counsel will be assigned to them ex officio.
They have already been detained, and the crime they are charged with is aggravated murder, which is punishable by up to 40 years in prison.
Just to reiterate that two-year-old Danka Ilić disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje near Bor, and members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs yesterday, after a ten-day extensive operation, detailed checks of all traces and information, arrested S. J. (50) and D. D. (50), both from Bor under suspicion that they killed the girl.
The two suspects fully confessed to the crime, and the police are still searching for the body of the murdered child.
