The white paper is a prerequisite for launching the initial public offering of 4,400 TWE_R tokens with a nominal value of RSD 6,000 per token and contains all the necessary information that allows investors to make an informed decision regarding participation in the offering, writes Blic.

The TWE_R token represents a type of digital asset, i.e. a digital token with the characteristics of a financial instrument-dematerialized bond, which the investor acquires under the conditions stipulated in the white paper.

White paper – what is it?

A white paper is a document that must contain all the information about the issuer and the initial offer that allows all potential buyers or investors to make an informed decision related to investing in digital assets.

The Law on Digital Assets specifies that the information provided in the white paper must be concise, clear, understandable, and presented in a way that allows easy analysis. The legislator prescribed that the white paper, in addition to other mandatory elements, must also contain a detailed description of the technical procedures serving as a base for digital assets to be issued, as well as a detailed description of applicable procedures and technology serving to preserve the security of the funds collected through the initial offer.

Digital tokens do not have to have separate blockchain networks, but there can be several of them on one (an example is various tokens on the Ethereum network).

Each digital token is defined by a single smart contract within its network. They can represent various abstract concepts, from ownership stake in real estate, through proof of work, digital seals of authenticity, etc.

Their properties and attributes are determined by the rules that their creator programs into the smart contract during their creation.
