Vučić with Ren Hongbin: "The fast and efficient implementation of the Free Trade Agreement a priority" PHOTO
President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, met today with the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, led by President Ren Hongbin.
"Today's meeting with the president of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Ren Hongbin, and the delegation was an opportunity to confirm our strategic partnership and discuss further steps in the implementation of key projects. Serbia and China continue to strengthen their economic ties, opening the door to even stronger cooperation in the field of trade, investment and new technologies," wrote Vucic.
"Thanks to our exceptional economic relationship, China has become one of the most important trade and investment partners of Serbia, which is the result of the commitment of both parties and joint work to improve economic and overall cooperation," added Vučić.
President of Serbia pointed out that one of the priorities is the quick and efficient implementation of the Free Trade Agreement, which will further facilitate the placement of Serbian products on the Chinese market.
"At the same time, more and more Chinese companies recognize Serbia as an ideal place to invest and start production, taking advantage of our favorable business environment," wrote Vučić.
During the conversation, he emphasized that Serbia is also preparing for a significant presence at major international events in China, such as the Supply Chain Fair in Beijing, where we will present our companies and their top products.
"Also, we are proudly working on the organization of EXPO 2027, at which China will be one of the key participants. I believe that in the future, even greater successes await us within the framework of our steel friendship and economic partnership, which together with our dear friend, President Xi Jinping, we continue to develop in our mutual interest," wrote Vučić.
