Kosovo has been a battle ground for centuries, and the Patriarch is correct when he says it will probably be taken over by force again. Who knows what will happen in the future. I'm sure at one point in the distant past, Serbs and Albanians believed Kosovo would never change hands again. Life goes on and on. The best advice is to live your own lives and focus on personal development instead of group development. My mother was Serbian, but I am my own individual. I don't see myself as Serb or any other ethnic group. I am me. As an American, we learn to be individuals. That's something people in the Balkans need to appropriate. Focus on personal goals instead of Albanian goals or Serbian goals :-)
