what standards are you talking about after 98% of the chechens voted for Putin's party last week!

Dodik seems to be the best Serbian politician able to consolidate the nation to meet the multiple challenges of the Dept. of State. Russia will only support someone we trust in. Things may develop unpredictable and we must be sure that our ally won't get off the train at the nearest station.
