In Libya, NATO overthrew a secular regime in favor of an Islamist state which gives free reign to ISIS at best, and at that's when there's not complete anarchy. NATO may have been a good idea in the beginning to counter communism, but since the fall of the Berlin Wall it has been used as an instrument of aggression and disaster wherever it goes.

Out of topic as a general opinion

I was very surprised to look at Belgrade on google map , satelite then street view and to see that Belgrade look very good , very surprised that the houses are in very good condition and streets look nice is a nice mix of everything Belgrade . I was surprised that Constanta look better than Split and Varna .

Split the " Croatian beauty " it look comunist and Varna like a district from Bucharest Constanta look bigger than Split + almost only houses .

One would say " you need to travel " i traveled often in Constanta almost year by year only looking on map satelite and street view you can compare a city with other city.

Not that i love Serbia but Belgrade is looking very good

Those cities from Croatia Zagreb Split and so on are over evaluated only because they promote the center or some touristical atractions

Zagreb is horrible , is someting like old buildings from some old districts from Bucharest + an ugly variant of Italian or German model of cities ( 100 times more ugly ) + those old buildings from Zagreb probaly they have big problems with the heat in winter and not only even with the hot and cold water

There is nothing unlucky about. It is about being stupid for choosing the wrong alliances. If Serbia had chosen to become part of Nato, the 1999 bombing would have never happened, and Kosovo would still be part of Serbia today. But Serbia chose Russia which is irrelevant in the Balkans!
