The ZSO will act in accordance to the Brussels agreement and UN resolution 1244 which formed the basis. Serbia and Kosovo Serbs do not recognize any edict from the "Kosovo Constitution Court" and it can be argued that it is unconstitutional as Kosovo is not a UN member and not fully recognized as a Country.

I just wanted to give a shout out to DEMI. Demi - you have hit the nail in the head. Albanians are and will always be native to the Balkans and have proved throughout history that they would rather stay and fight than be kicked out.

I would say that what has happened in Kosovo is another manifestation of just that. Personally, I think that the ever lasting Albanian majority in Kosovo is an extremely vexing fact for the Serbs and they just don't know how to deal with it. First of all, UNSCR 1244 is mandatory for everybody, whether they like it or not. It's not a matter of signature.

Second, Kosovo declared independence in accordance with UNSCR 1244, so they did honor it

My personal opinion, the situation has gone too far to be peacefully resolved. The ZSO will not be enough. It is highly likely that Albania and Kosovo will unite, and then they will begin to claim other parts of Serbia. I still can't work out if part of Macedonia and Montenegro go before the great war breaks out. When it gets to this point the force which is providing all the legal framework will be apparent. Is it the Austrians who hate us like hitzer the Jews, or is it that super power with inferiority issues.

Serbia should never recognize Kosovo. Just sit back and wait for the right opportunity to retake what is rightfully hers. When the time is ripe, the last thing that Serbia would want is to be intertwined in legalities. Serbia should never recognize Kosovo. Just sit back and wait for the right opportunity to retake what is rightfully hers. When the time is ripe, the last thing that Serbia would want is to be intertwined in legalities. This way, they never recognized the illegal amputation of their territory, they just want to claim what belongs to them. It will just require some tactical political manoeuvering until the inevitable.

'icj1' actually the independence of Kosovo was not envisioned by the document which was signed under duress UNSCR 1244, its roots are more like belonging to the Helsinki or Ahtisaari. Under the guise of the Kosovo status process.

My personal opinion, the situation has gone too far to be peacefully resolved. The ZSO will not be enough. It is highly likely that Albania and Kosovo will unite, and then they will begin to claim other parts of Serbia. I still can't work out if part of Macedonia and Montenegro go before the great war breaks out. When it gets to this point the force which is providing all the legal framework will be apparent. Is it the Austrians who hate us like hitzer the Jews, or is it that super power with inferiority issues.
Or maybe its the maid with the broom in the closet. Who ever it is, we the people are the ones who will have to once again do the dirtier work :(
