It reminds me of India where police does not interfere when members of a family kill each other. They only make sure that someone was killed by a member of the family. Just think how it can be :
- Who is this dead woman ?
- That’s my wife.
- How did she died ?
- I killed her with a chair.
- Are you sure ?
- Yes Sir.
- Do you have witness that it was you who killed her ?
- Yes everybody saw it.
- OK please be careful when you chose your next wife.
