Man arrested for threatening prosecutor, editor, ambassador

Again the media is only identifying the would be or intented assailant by initials rather than divuldging the full name so why is that? Why is this suspect only identified by initials rather than the full name?? Surely there's got to be some rational explanation as to why.

Presumably he is now called by his initials because he has been arrested, although just a few hours ago he was identified by full name right here on B92. But if the intent of the policy is to conceal the identity of the suspect, then he should not even be identified by initials... a silly policy that serves as a fig leaf to protect the media from responsibility for damaging the accused's reputation while still allowing him to be identified by any interested reader.
