Kosovo already has law and order, this agency was always nothing more than EU pork designed to enrich Brussels insiders at the expense of everyone else. Their goal isn't to prop up Kosovo's democracy, its to subvert it and make billions in the process. As a Kosovan I expected this to happen, and its no surprise that they're taking from us and giving to Serbia either.
