Ukraine "not ready to join EU or NATO"

Combat forces of Ukraine

1/ 1-st Tank Brigade from Chernigov – the only not destroyed brigade of 80 tanks.
2/ 17-th Tank Brigade from Krivoy Rog – stopped to exist close to Illovaisk
3/ 24-th mechanized brigade from Lvov – now sieged and almost stopped to exist in Amvrosievka.
4/ 26-th mechanized brigade from Odessa – the single remaining battalion is sent to Mariupol.
5/ 30-th mechanized brigade from Jitomir – stopped after it was 3 times encircled.
6/ 51-th mechanized brigade from Volin – almost destroyed with several regiments encircled in 4 places.
7/ 72-th mechanized brigade from Kiev – destroyed while the remaining 438 men left the battlefield though Russia and refused to fight any more.
8/ 92-th mechanized brigade from Kharkov – stopped to exist around Komsomolskoe.
9/ 93-th mechanized brigade from Dnepropetrovsk – lost all the armored ammunition and with 30% of personnel broke through the circle near Illovaisk.
10/ 128-th Zakarpatskaya mountain Brigade – only one battalion remained near the Hungarian border.
11/ 25-th airborne brigade – stopped to exist near Diakovo.
12/ 79-th airmobile brigade – died in the South Circle
13/ 80-th airmobile brigade – destroyed on Sunday in Lugansk airport.
14/ 95-th airmobile brigade – is now dying in the circles.
15/ Also Ukraine has no aviation and fleet.

For along time I have been saying that NATO is finished and here is the proof. Don’t for one moment think that had NATO been capable to take on Russia it would have forgone that opportunity. NATO and US are drained from years of fighting un-winable wars in Afghanistan and Iraq plus creating havoc in other parts such as Libya and Syria.
Vladimir Putin is a brilliant strategist that has surrounded himself with people just like him unlike western leaders who at best can be classified as clowns and as they say one idiot begats an even bigger idiot. They complain that Obama doesn’t do a thing and that he should arm Ukraine as John Mcain demanded, but poor old John is senile and thinks this is 1967.
Putin’s plan is now simple all the coast line to Odessa must belong to the New Russia republic then he will make a few changes in Romania and then the Balkans.
Vlad will tear apart the EU. It looks like an early Christmas present for Serbia.

Ukraine is insignificant to the EU.

The hypocritical EU cares more about their relationship with Russia than Ukraine's pleadings.

Of course it's not ready to join

Ukraine as a state, economically and politically, is comparable towards the Balkans in the late 1990s

If the vast majority of ex-yu states had to go through a process of two decades to join, no less should be expected of the Ukraine

Also, NATO and EU have basically said that states with territorial disputes with their neighbours can't join ... so Ukraine's out for the foreseeable future
