It's good to have any representative of Serbian government, but not necessary. What I would ask is where is German Ambassador?

What does the Serbian Minister of Health have to do with this commemoration. Why didn't Nikolic, or Dacic, or Vucic attend, instead of sending this old Milosevic socialist to hold a speech in remembering murdered Roma?
