President Tomislav Nikolić stated late on Tuesday that the construction of the Serbian part of the South Stream pipeline would begin in December.

Russia screwed Serbia on the pipeline deal. They also screwed Serbia on the NIS deal. But the Serbian politicians consented to both those deals, all for Russia's support, and a "Nyet" in the UNSC. Great businessmen those Serbs, you gotta hand it to them.
