Nothing surprises me in "Kosovo". This so-called state is run by a mafia and stealing other peoples property has been rife here since the 1950's.Once I heard British Telecommunications Plc.was involved I was even less surprised. They've been ripping off the British public for years!!!!

In case you still don't get it, it means that all cases need to be AGREED upon and not decided by the US of A.
