i think Serbia has no diplomacy in regards to Kosova is the more accurate description. it has offered nothing new other than the boring mantra of Kosovo is Srbije. looking outside Prishtina, I'd say Kosova is either USA or Albania, it sure as hell isn't Serbia however

All you are smart enough why and which part of Serbia's Constitution need changes.
I was right when this guy and this coalition got the power in Serbia or at least i hope so.
If they are smart this will be the best government Serbia could have ever.
Only them can sell out Kosovo without problems and move Serbia forward.
If they are smart enough, they can even get Europe immediately including Kosovo. The deal to be proposed to Europe is "Europe NOW for Kosovo Recognition".
Special autonomy for North Kosovo and for Presevo Valley with the choice for both after 10 years to choose the country they want to be part. Who will treat better their minority could have that portion of land as well. Even both of them. If you ask to the austrians who lives in Italy to make a choice they will always choose Italy not because they love it but because they have more privileges in Italy and they want to preserve these privileges. When Italian president Cossiga was asked how the Alto Adige/Sud Tirol problem was solved he said clearly and openly: "We bought them!"
Serbs and Albanians, you both have one chance only, BUY YOUR MINORITY by giving them more rights than yourself have.
A historic deal between serbs and albanians is still possible and in both sides in power are the only people who could make it.

Nikolle as usual continues to prove that his head is stuck in the ground, however, italian is more in line with Nikolic's negotiations. Some corrections though, Presevo is not part of any negotiations. You can relate Presevo to Strpce but not to the North of KiM.

The North, from what I have heard, will become highly autonomous (from the West's view) and from Serbia's view, an integral part of Serbia. The rhetoric of this current government is at the right tone, building confidence again whereas Tadic was a complete failure and spineless fool. I am so glad he is out of the picture. In fact, he should be thrown out of the DS. He stains good people like Jeremic.

Negotiations are a good thing only if they are fair. Somehow though, I think the Albanians are going to mess this up and will suffer the consequences.

Well, I don't know about you but I've been to KiM quite recently and I try to go as often as I can. In the north I can tell you there is absolutely nothing I have seen Albanian. The flags, car plates, currency, infrastructure, practically everything is Serbian.

I also go to the south and yes, you know what I see? I see signs in both Albanian and Serbian. You should visit some time, you'll see the same. Then when you enter a Serbian enclave, everything is back to Serbian. Like using dinars and practically all signs in Serbian again.

You are a prefect example of an Albanian spreading hatred and intolerance. You all come to this Serbian site and prove it day in day out. Is that what your parents teach you?

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think Serbia can say what is negotiable and what is not.
Serbia need these negotiations more then Pristina. Serbia needs to move forward, Kosovo could wait until more recognitions comes.
Having Europe immediately and not only a opening date for negotiations, for both Kosovo and Serbia is a big deal and EU could find a solution to let them be members but without rights as the others until both fulfill the necessary homework.
Both Serbia and Kosovo could be part of negotiations with Europe and not against each other. They offer the solution and Europe gives them both immediate partnership. Serbia give up on Kosovo (that is already gone) and could say to the people that they preserved north by giving them a chance to be part of Serbia in 10 years.
Same for Pristina that gives up on North Kosovo and the desire of the serbs to not be part of it but getting a chance to have Presevo 10 years later. All depends on who will offer the best deal to minorities in the next 10 years. So, instead of having a confrontation every day there will be a hilarious rush to treat them in the best way possible. A dream maybe but a nice one. It is all in serbian hands in my opinion.

As for Olimpic Games,dont worry K-alb attended competing for Albania.

Oh the openhearted, sincere, trustful interaction between the Serbian Parliament and the Kosovo parliament. The tanks, the flowers, the hugs and kisses between Serbian Police and Kosovar Albanians. Can't wait for that to happen again.

This is the best government so far but for albanians only, however these guys act.
My hope that it could be the best for serbians too is far from reality if this is the stance in negotiations.

The biggest favour Serbian politicians can do to their country is to help their nation catch up on the truths and realities that they know cannot be changed. Denial of past will take Serbia nowhere. Same applies to other countries, but Serbia's aggressor and destabilising potential really outweighs the others.

Of course the perfect Serbian solution is to provide Kosovo with as much autonomy necessary to secure an agreement. It has already been proven that this is a situation which can be revoked once the international community leaves. And they think that both Pristina and the Internationals are foolish enough to fall for it.

“The government has to carry out the agreements that have been reached with Priština and all the provisions of the agreements that are in line with the Serbian Constitution and which are good for Serbia,” he said.



What are you waiting for, just implement the agreements reached and everybody is happy.

I want to see what this coalition of Serbian state, church, residents and businessmen decide to do with the strategy on kosova. Maybe this is the new Serbia maybe.

If there are no Albanians in the official group from Serbia deciding the kosova strategy the kosova should end all interaction with the state of Serbia. That would prove that Serbia is the same old backwards country that doesn't respect it's citizens , specifically presova valley and surrounding.
