Council for National Security holds emergecy meeting

This is nothing to do with kosovan authorities . Kfor is the one that was opening roads that serbs have blocked . This can only happen in Serbia where they blame everybody else but not serbs .who injured Kfor soldier, was it Albanians ??

The council warned that the security of all citizens of Kosovo was seriously threatened and called on UNMIK, KFOR and EULEX to prevent all attempts of the interim authorities in Priština aimed at causing instability, while also urging people to refrain from confrontations with members of the international missions.

How dumb this council is buy calling on UNMIK,EULEX&KFOR to prevent Prishtina authorities from taking any action1 It is KFOR AKA nato that took this action, so this council should address NATO if they have balls.I have one suggestion for this national security councils, and that is: " Please, mobilize your armed forces and attack Kosova ASAP, IF YOU GOT THE GUTS"!?

This just shows how out off line, and confused Serbain politicians are. Prishtina had nothing to do with it. Serbia is on it's way to become, a what we call, a 'Banana Rublic' .....

They are right in addressing the Pristina government.

KFOR and NATO have no motive to remove barricades in the north or to implement offensive maneuvers. They are a peacekeeping force which is designed to prevent conflict and has been shrinking greatly in the past years.

These attacks on the barricades by KFOR are being triggered by Pristina, made clear by Hasim Thaci's unwillingness to negotiate or compromise.

The Pristina government wants a war, only, without their own soldiers or army.

Well, it is always easy to talk bravedo when you are not doing the actual fighting yourself but shouting from behind foreign military forces, isn't it?

The Albanians on here seem awfully eager to go to war with a nation that crushed them like flies during their last encounter.

Is it smart to cause trouble, provoke intervention of NATO, and do everything to keep the place a unstable situation and demand support of the international community? Maybe it is smart, Kosovo with its no-economy couldn't survive without help from outside, and to create tensions to keep KFOR there (despite the western wish to reduce the KFOR troops) is smart, too, because even the few 1000 soldiers boost a good percentage of the Kosovo economy. And to cause tension is good for Kosov's main business, the drug import/export, too, because it keeps KFOR and EULEX busy otherwise instead of fighting the mafia clans.
