Roma evicted from Belgrade shanty town

The authorities started evicting Roma from a shanty town in New Belgrade on Wednesday.

These Romas will bve returned to Kosovo,Albanians will not succed driving out this poor minority and than playing the big moralists about it!
Tadic should speek with Weesterners,Romas need to return to their homes in Kosovo and they must be protected and given jobs in their land!

This is a perfect example of why Serbia is not ready for the EU. In fact, because of Serbia's in humane treatment of the Roma, their candidate status for the EU should be revoked. It will take several generations to civilize the Serbs.

You're right. It's much better to put them in a toxic waste dump like in Kosova. That's far more humane and civilized.

If Kosovo is Serbia why can't Serb citizens move from Kosovo and stay in Belgrade?

They were seen speaking to Serbs at the piac, Steve B.. That is a serious crime in Albanian run Kosovo. They (Roma) must then be run out of town, or for the few unfortunate, they stay in Albanian Kosovo for eternity.
