It may have once had some meaning, but any title is meaningless if you give it to yourself.

Kostunica is in serious danger of being out of parliament and his party going below 5%.

I fear for his health being so far from power, as he really developed a taste for it. After all the Serbian public remembers very well when he stated he would withdraw from politics after the DOS mandate was over, but he still can't tear himself away from it.

Kind of reminds me of the US and UK attitude towards welfare - that there are a certain percentage of the population who develop a dependency culture. Well there are a great number of Serbian politicians who develop and dependency on an MP's salary and the celebrity status it brings.

Now its dveri's turn, well if they want to split the extreme right wing vote again who would argue with that - although it still doesn't solve the problem of Serbia gaining a viable opposition.

What's the point of calling Dveri "ultra-right" in your opening sentence of the "news" article? Just a few lines lower in the story you quote one of the group's representatives saying they are not ultra right wing. We all know that Dveri represents a panoply of views that are not consistent with the "received wisdom" but fairness means not labeling them in direct contradiction to their own description of their politics...Is that too much to ask?
