EULEX are making mockery of justice. The Tribunal at the Hague with the highest ranking Albanian-hater Carla del Ponte did not manage to punish him, how are EULEX going to achieve this? By using kangaroo courts? Kosovo justice, UNMIK and now EULEX have punished over 100 Albanians for war crimes. How many Serbs have they punished? 0, yes zero. Even though the Serbs killed 12 000 Albanians while Albanians killed 500 (don't misunderstand, these are 500 to many). Although I don't like Limaj and PDK in general, I see a conspiracy against him. First they tried him for war crimes and failed, and then last year for corruption but no indictment, and now they try once again with war crimes. Europe should stop to send trash to Kosovo, send qualified judges.

The allegations against the Albanian side pale in comparison to the organized Serb atrocities committed during and before the war. Another point to rememeber is that the Albanian side was fighting against Serbian uniformed police, paramilitary, army and itelligence services. While the Serbian side was fighting primarily civilians in yet another campaign of ethinc cleansing and genocide.

you're right, PM THACI also recently ordered that all clocks be moved forward one hour -- it's not Day Lights Saving Time (DST) it's actually Thaci Said So (TSS).

Its that kind of mindset is the reason why Kosovo has failed as a state. Its already been proven (in court) that the Serbian/Yugoslav governments had no policy whatsoever of deportations, and that Racak was a hoax.

Number of civilians killed in bombing in Serbia: 488
Number of Yugoslav soldiers Killed in Bombing in Yugoslavia: 502
Number of civilians killed in Kosovo by bombing 347

The vast majority of that 2871 are Combatants. You could probably find maybe 500 or so Civilians killed by both sides by armed troops. EULEX hasnt prosecuted any Serbs because their juristiction is only valid in Kosovo, and the vast majority of Serbs in Kosovo have been ethnically cleansed.

OPERATION HORSE SHOE, was intended to expel all Albanians out of Kosova. Close to 1 milion was expelled and entire WORLD saw it. How blind were you that did not see it?

Those things show once more that EULEX will be needed in Kosovo for much longer time. It's a shame that Kosovo legal bodies and KPS are not willing or able to investigate in those cases on their own.

I would say there were certainly more than 500 Serbian deaths, and considerably less than 12.000 Albanian casualties. Given that 300 Serbs alone were estimated to have been abducted during and after the war never to be seen again, I think those who quote the above numbers need to get their facts right. I've always found the numbers game repugnant. Particularly when it's used for propaganda.

I always thought Carla del Ponte was the highest ranking Serb-hater? At least Serbs called him that. And the words 'kangaroo court' have been used before, too: For the ICTY in the Hague where the Serbian freedom fighters were tried. And now those words, again, about EULEX who was questioning some heroic Albanian freedom fighters. Interesting, isn't it?

And using the word 'justice' in a country where the only laws are clan loyality and omerta, where witnesses of crimes are killed and intimidated because they dared to testify against some mafia clan members is somehow funny.

Reading opinions like that makes me wonder if democracy and legal structures will ever have a chance to be established in such a society.
