So West's support for Pristina is based primarily their fear of the K-Albanians? If so, then everyone must despise the cowardice of the West.

Anyway, this guy forgot one crucial point in his assessment -- true, the Albanians did fight for their own freedom. But for them to be prepared to fight for territory populated mainly by non-Albanians (in the North), knowing that they will get nowhere in such an adventure without foreign help, sounds mighty absurd to me.

End of the day, if "Kosova" hopes to join the UN (the ultimate conferment of statehood), it will have to come to some accomodation with Belgrade and not the other way round.

This is a Q&A session with an expert in the field. This is very different from your president and pm making stupid comments that Serbia will recognize Kosovo. You obviously didn't read the article because you wouldn't have attacked the message. You all just like to see your names printed when you make comments.

The way I see it is that the court will be very mindful of not upsetting the Albanians becasue there will be violence while it doesn't matter about upsetting Serbs because Serbs have rule out violence.

So violence wins. What would happen if Serbs said they will use violence if it doesn't go their way?
By eliminating violence from the arsinal Serbia has basically gone into the rink with one arm tied behind it's back. The law is useless unless it can be enforced. So the judge tells me that I will have to go to jail for what I have done, but as far as I can see there are no guards ready to take them there. Wouldn't I be a fool to take myself there?
