Record profit because prices in Serbia are inflated. Prices of mobile phones and calls are way above the norm in other countries, and till recently Telekom had no competition.

Nice profits, maybe now they can invest it in providing 24/7 live support that can actually resolve or advise on a problem, ie: adsl outage rather than have someone holding for 45 minutes only to get an idiot on the phone that says "the network is down right now, Bye"

Prices are stupidly inflated for international calls (20X - 100X the price, on average). They are inflated for mobile calls as well.

Curiously, landline calls are very, very cheap (I find), even if you're calling between cities. Plus, I love the extensive network of pay-phones. No one uses them for some reason. There's always one available.
