The article says this paramiliutary was prosecuted. Has he been sentenced? Did you pay attention to what his slawyer said?

-- My client was fighting for the officially proclaimed Serbian cause in Bosnia, and if he killed people, it was in the name of that cause," Mr. Dordevic said. "Now he feels he is simply being used by the authorities."

And there are many Serbs on this forum who believe the same thing. Unfortunately!

Actually Victor, Serbia has prosecuted a memeber of the Yellow Wasps...in 1994:

to say closely linked is a big statement. If anything i would say loosely associated...for instance, weaponry was provided to them... just like how all paramilitary outfits get their weaponry.

And the Croatian nation is doing what again? You would do more service by pointing that finger of intolerance at present day Croatia.

Aren't there a few Nazi thug Croats still held up in Austria, Argentina, Chile, and the Vatican? Don't tell me Victor (whatever your name is..perhaps Ante) that you may be sheltering them in your native Quebec? Oui?

«Yellow Wasp“ paramilitary unit»

This is the first time I hear of this paramilitary unit. It seems like during the war such units grew just as mushrooms, all across Bosnia, and were closely associated with the JNA. Actually, a few members only of these units have put on trial. For ex., the Tigers constituted a paramilitary force of 250 men. Only a few are on trial for the murders of Mulims.

And it seems like Serbia is doing nothing to identify the paramilitary units who are responsible of so many alleged war crimes, and put under arrest all the members of the unit, and not only a few!
