Situation is also terrible here in Croatia. MS software is used both in government and schools. However, this is a great advancement for Serbia.

Yeah, i am from bulgaria and the same situation here. Only M$ software. Most of it is piracy of course. :D

Unfortunately for us, here in Romania, the government uses only Microsoft software.

Way to go Serbia! I only wish our politicians here in Slovenia would be so smart and support open source and Linux.

How the heck does this mean? Isn't the source code already easily available? Perhaps they meant "easier access to services or support"?
