only 2 questions have to be answered here. who they will protect? and from whom they will protect? first case> if serbs is to be protected from albanians, the location of the KFOR is entirely wrong. second case> if albanians is to be protected from Serbs, the KFOR is in the right spot. therefore i conclude that KFOR is to protect the albanians and not the serbs.
