10 Year plan! On the contrary Russian and its Military planners since 2014 formulate a military strategic plan, while NATO just reacts. The US so called 10 year plan might as well cross off Ukraine as Russia will finish operation in Ukraine this year. Its up to Ukraine leadership on how harsh the finish to the goal line will be.
