In all honesty, majority of citizen is brainwashed by ruling party and local internet hosts (ASN lock specific fake news) or extorted through Healthcare (intentional negligence or infestation) till the point of 'spine breaking' or total health downfall. Police is unwilling to do their job related to this matter, probably out of fear for Novichok scenarios.. so that's what we got from few 'minor' bribing on past Elections. They closed all doors on us, tagged us and are conducting their scheme without resistance. We don't have time to think about Kosovo, we're too busy surviving 90s again.
