If this "court" was independent, just and fair then fine. But a banana court with "judges" and "prosecutors" from pro American/nato nations is laughable.
If this "court" had any credability then hundreds of American soldiers and generals should have been locked up years ago. And just about every US presidfnt should have been jailed (Jimmy Carter and Trump are thf only 2 presidents who did not start a war or invade a sovereign nation). Since WW2 American military action has seen many tens of millions of civilians killed and countless countries destroyed.
Oh, and cxn anyone explain why American citizens are exempt from prosecution...??? In other words, the applies to you but not me.
