There's no secret here EA, Serbia will never budge until the CSM is implemented based on previously signed agreement by your lot, and recognition is strictly off the table. I think most issues can be resolved once the bird brain Kurti realizes this fact. Even if Vucic wanted to comply to Albanian/EU demands, he can't because he would be assassinated by his own people. It's not Vucic who doesn't want this, it's the people. So, basically they're willing to go the long haul, and suffer if necessary, to make sure it never happens. I think it's hilarious that Kurti doesn't recognize all the agreements signed by his predecessors! Sorry you fool, they are legally binding documents. He thinks it like student loan forgiveness in the states, you sign for the loan, but don't want to pay it back after you took the money - LOL. Take the autonomy while you have the chance, if you haven't noticed, Europe is changing rapidly and the US/West is losing their their stronghold in the region. The tide is slowly turning against to global bullies... and their ability to support smaller, insignificant countries, is wavering.

So its Vucic's fault that Kosovo is dysfunctional? Where are your great allies the US and EU? surely they should be investing big to lift living standards there, but no its always Serbia's fault.

I believe you are talking about Serbian people. I think the ordinary Serbian people care about their own future, their well being, their prospects in life and do not give a damn about Kosovo. If you are talking about brain washed people...then it will be a challenge.
