Thank goodness that someone tapped Victoria Nuland phone call to the US ambassador to Ukraine just before the 2014 coup. These two creeps are discussing who will be in the next Ukrainian gmt and will not. There is film of them walking the streets of Kiev and encouraging protestors, handing out gifts, etc.
Can we imagine Sergey Lavrov doing the same thing in Washington..?? What would Americans say....???
