Russian troops have been ordered not to fire/bomb civilians, not to bomb schools, factories, electricity power plants, oil refineries, and avoid hitting as much infrastructure (such as bridges) as possible.
This tactic is opposite to what Yanks/nato do. These murderes bomb everything. They call it "shock and awe". Ever hear that....???
Yanks/nato bombed bridges, roads, rail lines, civilian trains, buses, schools, factories, oil refineries, electrical power plants, hospitals, water plants, residential buildngs, etc. Thats what Americans did to Serbia, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Syria, Korea, Vietnam, etc, etc.

The Russians are winning the conflict, and will win it.
What Moscow is saying is why keep arming and prolonging the war when Ukraine can not win. Why continue with this crazy policy?
