Serbia will suffer tremendously whether they side with Russia or the West. The West is being reminded of what Serbia did in 1999 (same scenario as what Putin is doing now). Serbia means nothing to Putin, though the Serbs think otherwise. NATO should suggest a population exchange to Putin. Let all Serbs that wish to move to Russia be moved there, while all pro-NATO migrants from Afghanistan be moved to Serbia and housed in the homes and apartments of the evacuated Serbs.
